Support
Bugs, broken pages and feature requests are tracked publicly on GitHub.
Report an issue
mnera.io uses a public GitHub repository as its support and issue tracker. If you've hit a bug, a broken page, an accessibility problem, or have a feature suggestion, open an issue and we'll triage it there.
You'll need a free GitHub account. Browse the existing tracker at Symantix-Ltd/mnera-io-support — please search for an existing report before filing a new one.
What to include
The faster we can reproduce a bug, the faster it gets fixed. Where it applies, please include:
- The URL of the page where the problem happened.
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- Your browser and version (e.g. Chrome 137 on macOS 14).
- Your Solid identity provider (e.g. solidcommunity.net), if relevant.
- A screenshot or short screen recording if the issue is visual.
- Any error message shown in the page or the browser DevTools console.
Please don't paste your WebID password, recovery codes, or any bookmark content you wouldn't want visible publicly — the issue tracker is open to the world.
Other ways to reach us
Some things aren't a good fit for a public issue. Use the right channel for each:
- Accessibility issues — also covered on the accessibility page; either GitHub or email is fine.
- Security disclosures — please don't open a public issue. Email contact@symantix.co.uk with the details.
- Billing or account questions — email contact@symantix.co.uk. Don't post payment details on GitHub.
- How-to questions — the help docs cover most setup and day-to-day usage; please skim those before filing an issue.
